Sales have commenced for The Sidings, a new low-carbon private housing development in Linlithgow, West Lothian. The scheme introduces 18 two-bedroom apartments to the market, featuring advanced energy efficiency and strong transport links to Edinburgh.

Developed by CCG Homes, The Sidings aims to meet demand from commuters, downsizers, and first-time buyers seeking modern living with city connectivity. Local firm Halliday Homes, based on Linlithgow’s High Street, has been appointed as the sales partner.

Each home incorporates high energy-efficiency standards, including enhanced insulation, individual solar panels, and innovative exhaust air source heat pumps. This gas-free design is intended to reduce carbon emissions and stabilise long-term running costs, supporting Scotland’s broader net zero ambitions.
