Alex Bell

Alex Bell is a Scottish journalist and former political advisor who served as First Minister Alex Salmond's senior special advisor on policy, overseeing the Scottish independence White Paper. He previously worked as a journalist for the BBC, the Observer, and the Herald before entering government, and later returned to journalism as a columnist for The Courier and other publications. His essays for the Scottish Review offered insider perspective on Scottish politics and the independence movement.
