Andrew Hook

Professor Andrew Hook FBA FRSE is the emeritus Bradley Professor of English Literature at the University of Glasgow, where he also founded the Andrew Hook Centre for American Studies. His distinguished academic career spanned Edinburgh, Aberdeen, and Glasgow, with a scholarly focus on Scottish-American literary and cultural relations. He contributed extensively to the Scottish Review on literary, cultural, and historical topics.
