Canon Kenyon Wright (1932-2017) was a Scottish Episcopal Church priest and political campaigner who chaired the Scottish Constitutional Convention (1989-1999), which laid groundwork for the Scottish Parliament. He was made CBE in 1999 for services to constitutional reform.
