Alan McIntyre, whose generous support has made possible a significant expansion of the Young Scotland Programme in recent years, has been appointed Patron of the Institute of Contemporary Scotland, publishers of the Scottish Review. As part of his continuing commitment to the encouragement of young people, Alan is now inspiring and supporting our inaugural International Young Scotland Programme, which will be held near Edinburgh next summer. The programme will bring together outstanding young people from all over the world.
