Just had a chat with Freshbet support about my Tuesday reload and they've confirmed the bonus has been slashed from 50% to 25% effective this week. Been using this promo religiously for the past 8 months - was brilliant for £200 deposits getting the extra £100.

The wagering requirement stays at 35x but now I'm only getting £50 extra on my usual deposit. Support claimed it's due to 'promotional restructuring' but wouldn't give any timeline on whether it's permanent.

Anyone else noticed this change? Wondering if other operators are following suit or if Freshbet are just tightening up their bonus spend.

Typical Freshbet move - they always start generous then pull the rug. That 50% Tuesday deal was too good to last anyway. Most operators are running 25% reloads as standard so they're just catching up to industry norm.

Gutted about this change - Tuesday was my main reload day at Freshbet. Last week I deposited £150 and got the full £75 bonus, cleared it playing Pragmatic slots over about 3 hours. Made a decent £240 profit that session on Gates of Olympus hitting some tasty multipliers.

Now I'm looking at other options for Tuesday reloads. MadCasino still runs their 40% Tuesday special with 30x wagering, which works out better than Freshbet's new 25% at 35x. Might be worth switching over - their slots selection is solid and payouts have been reliable for me.

Been tracking my bonus performance across different operators and the higher percentage bonuses definitely make a difference to profitability, even with slightly higher wagering requirements. This Freshbet cut is proper disappointing.

Let's crunch the numbers here. On a £200 deposit, the old 50% bonus at 35x wagering meant you needed to wager £5,250 to clear £100 bonus - effective cost per £1 bonus was £52.50 in wagering.

New 25% bonus means £50 bonus requiring £1,750 wagering - cost per £1 bonus is £35. So while the absolute bonus is halved, the wagering efficiency has actually improved by about 33%. Depends on your typical RTP and session variance whether this helps or hurts your bottom line.

For smaller budgets this change isn't terrible. I usually deposit £50-75 on Tuesdays so going from £25-37.50 bonus down to £12.50-18.75 isn't devastating. The reduced wagering requirement means I can clear it quicker on lower stakes.

That said, MyStake has been running 30% Tuesday reloads with only 25x wagering - much better value for money. Their minimum deposit is £20 and I've had no issues with their verification or payouts.

Freshbet's 'promotional restructuring' - that's corporate speak for 'we're making less money so you get less bonus'. Next they'll be calling toilet paper 'bathroom tissue solutions'.

I'm still learning about reload bonuses - is 25% actually that bad compared to what other sites offer? And what's this about wagering requirements - does lower always mean better even if the bonus percentage drops?
