Got an email from Kaasino this morning confirming they're dropping their Tuesday cashback from 20% down to 12% effective immediately. Been tracking their promos for months and this is a proper kick in the teeth - was getting decent returns on my £200-300 Tuesday sessions.

The email mentions "market adjustments" but doesn't give any proper explanation. Anyone else received this? Wondering if it's worth switching my Tuesday action elsewhere or if other operators are following suit.

Screenshot attached shows the exact wording - they're keeping the 20% rate for VIP Diamond members only (need £5k+ monthly deposits to qualify). Rest of us get shafted with the new 12% rate.

Typical Kaasino move. They've been cutting promos left and right since October. Their weekend reload went from 100% to 75% last month too. 12% cashback is rubbish when you can get 15-18% elsewhere.

I've been tracking cashback rates across 12 operators since January. Kaasino's 20% Tuesday rate was actually above market average - most hover between 10-15% for standard members. The drop to 12% puts them right in the middle of the pack.

Looking at my spreadsheet, Freshbet still offers 15% on Tuesdays with no VIP requirement, and their terms are cleaner - 24 hour processing vs Kaasino's 48-72 hours. The math works better for sessions under £500.

Worth noting that Kaasino's new Diamond tier requirement jumped from £3k to £5k monthly deposits. They're clearly pushing casual players toward lower-margin promos while protecting their high rollers.

Gutted about this change! Been hitting Kaasino every Tuesday for six months straight. Last week pulled £340 cashback on a rough session where I dropped £1,700 on Pragmatic Play slots. That same session would only net me £204 at the new rate.

Tried their live chat about grandfathering existing players but got the usual "commercial decision" nonsense. The agent did mention they're launching a new Wednesday free spins promo to "compensate" but wouldn't give details.

Honestly thinking of moving my Tuesday action to Slottio - they've kept their 18% rate steady for months and their slots selection is mental good. Plus their cashback posts within 6 hours vs Kaasino's next-day rubbish.

Anyone know if other operators are planning similar cuts? This feels like the start of a trend across the industry.

This is exactly why I spread my action across multiple sites. Never put all your eggs in one basket when operators can change terms overnight. 12% is still decent if you're managing your bankroll properly.

The real issue is chasing cashback percentages instead of focusing on game RTP and sustainable betting patterns. A 20% cashback on losses is meaningless if you're burning through your monthly budget too quickly.

Back in my brick-and-mortar days, casinos would comp you based on actual play and relationship. None of this email notification rubbish - they'd pull you aside personally if comp rates were changing.

These online operators treat players like numbers on a spreadsheet. Kaasino's been decent for payouts but their customer service has gone downhill since they got that new Malta license.

New to all this - is 12% cashback actually bad? Seems like getting money back on losses is better than nothing. What should I be looking for in terms of cashback rates and terms?
