Kingdom Casino live chat claiming 6-hour withdrawal processing but mine stuck at 28 hours for £480

Signed up at Kingdom Casino last Tuesday after seeing their "lightning fast 6-hour withdrawals" advertised everywhere. Won £480 on Book of Dead yesterday morning and submitted withdrawal at 9:15 AM. It's now been 28 hours and still showing "pending review" in my account.

Live chat keeps saying "standard processing time is 6 hours, please wait" but clearly that's not happening. Anyone else experiencing these delays? Starting to wonder if the 6-hour claim is just marketing nonsense.

For context, this is my first withdrawal there. Account fully verified last week (took 3 days). Used same debit card for deposit that I'm trying to withdraw to. No bonus active when I won.

Their 6-hour claim is complete bollocks mate. I've had three withdrawals there - shortest was 18 hours, longest was 4 days. They're using that marketing line to pull punters in but the reality is they're processing manually like everyone else. Don't expect it before tomorrow evening at earliest.

Had a similar experience there last month that I documented in detail. Won £720 on Gonzo's Quest on a Saturday night, submitted withdrawal Sunday morning at 11 AM. Despite their 6-hour promise, it didn't hit my Barclays account until Wednesday afternoon - 76 hours total processing time.

What made it worse was the inconsistent responses from support. First agent said "technical delays with payment provider", second claimed "additional security checks on larger amounts", third just repeated the 6-hour standard line. No consistency whatsoever in their explanations.

The withdrawal did eventually come through without issues, but their timeframe advertising is misleading at best. I've since moved most of my action to Rolletto where their 12-24 hour window is actually accurate - had three withdrawals there processed in 14, 19, and 22 hours respectively.

Keep screenshots of their 6-hour claims and your withdrawal timestamps. If it goes beyond 72 hours, escalate to their complaints team with evidence of the false advertising.

The 6-hour thing is their "best case scenario" timeframe, which probably applies to withdrawals under £50 on a Tuesday morning when their payment team is fully staffed. Anything over £300 seems to trigger manual review regardless of what they advertise.

That said, 28 hours isn't catastrophic by non-GamStop standards. I'd give it another 24 hours before getting properly wound up about it. Most of these sites are running lean operations and weekend processing is always slower.

This is exactly why I track processing times religiously across different operators. Kingdom Casino averages 31 hours for withdrawals between £200-£500 based on my records from six separate transactions over the past four months.

Their marketing department is clearly overselling their payment processing capabilities. The 6-hour claim only seems to apply to tiny withdrawals under £100, and even then I've seen delays.

For comparison, Tenobet consistently processes my withdrawals in 18-22 hours regardless of amount. Had £380, £640, and £910 withdrawals all come through within that window last month. Much more reliable if speed is your priority.

28 hours is nothing. Try 6 days like I had there in March for £1,100. Ended up having to threaten regulatory complaints before they processed it. Their support team just kept cycling through the same scripted responses about "standard timeframes".

The harsh truth is most of these non-GamStop sites oversell their processing speeds to compete. Reality is they're all running on skeleton crews and manual approval processes.

Should I be worried about similar delays for my first withdrawal? Only deposited £25 there last week and sitting on £180 after some decent wins on Starburst. Was planning to cash out £150 but these processing stories are making me nervous.

Is there a withdrawal amount where they definitely trigger manual review? Want to know if staying under a certain threshold might speed things up.
