Right, been lurking here for weeks but finally registered after hitting a proper snag. Joined Gxmble last Tuesday with their £200 welcome bonus (35x wagering, fair enough), managed to clear it playing Book of Dead at £1.50 spins over the weekend.

Problem is my £340 withdrawal request has been sat in "processing" since Monday morning - that's 96 hours now. Their live chat keeps saying "24-48 hours" but clearly that's bollocks. Verification went through fine on Wednesday, uploaded passport and council tax bill, got the green tick.

Worse bit though - halfway through clearing the bonus on Sunday, the wagering requirement jumped from 35x to 45x in my account. Screenshot shows it changing from £7,000 remaining to £9,000 remaining between spins. Their support claims it was a "system display error" but I'm not buying it.

Anyone else had Gxmble mess about with terms mid-session? And what's the realistic withdrawal time there - the 24-48 hour promise seems like marketing patter.

Mate, you've been done. 96 hours for a first withdrawal is taking the piss, especially after verification cleared. The wagering jump mid-session is a massive red flag - proper operators don't have "system display errors" that coincidentally favour the house.

This is exactly why I stick to UKGC licensed sites, even if the welcome offers are smaller. Had a similar experience with an offshore operator last year - bonus terms kept shifting, withdrawal took 8 days, and their "technical issues" always seemed to benefit them. The £200 bonus looks tempting but if they're playing games with wagering requirements and dragging out payouts, it's not worth the stress.

For what it's worth, I've had much smoother experiences with Jack.com - their withdrawal times are genuinely 24 hours, and I've never seen bonus terms change mid-session. Might be worth looking at properly licensed alternatives going forward.

The wagering requirement jump is mathematically significant - going from 35x to 45x on a £200 bonus means an extra £2,000 in required turnover. That's not a "display error", that's a fundamental change to your contract terms.

I've tracked withdrawal times across 12 different operators over the past 6 months, and anything over 72 hours for a verified account typically indicates cashflow issues or deliberate stalling tactics. The industry standard for offshore operators should be 48 hours maximum once verification is complete.

Document everything - screenshots of the wagering change, chat transcripts about withdrawal delays. If they're operating under a Curacao licence, you can file a complaint with the regulator, though enforcement is patchy. For future reference, I've found Freshbet to be much more reliable on both withdrawal processing (usually 18-24 hours) and transparent bonus terms that don't shift around.

Had the exact same issue with Gxmble back in September - hit a £890 win on Reactoonz, cleared the wagering, then waited 5 days for the payout. Their excuses kept changing from "bank delays" to "security checks" to "technical maintenance". Eventually got paid but left a sour taste.

The bonus terms changing mid-session is dodgy as hell though. Never experienced that myself but heard similar stories on other forums. Screenshot everything and keep pushing their support - sometimes being a pain gets results.

Bollocks to their "system display error" excuse. I've been tracking operator behaviour for 3 years and terms don't just randomly jump by 10x multiplier due to technical glitches. That's deliberate manipulation.

This is mental - I was about to sign up with Gxmble after seeing their £200 offer advertised. If they're pulling stunts like changing wagering requirements halfway through and taking nearly a week for withdrawals, I'll give them a swerve. Are there any operators you'd actually recommend for a first-timer? Looking for decent bonuses but more importantly, ones that actually pay out when they're supposed to.
