Been tracking Scottish Championship fixtures for the past month and noticed Paddy Power pulling their markets exactly 48 hours before kickoff. This started around 15th November - before that, odds stayed live until 90 minutes pre-match like most other leagues.
Caught this happening with Queen's Park vs Airdrieonians last Saturday and again with Partick Thistle vs Raith Rovers on Tuesday. Markets just vanish from their sportsbook at the 48-hour mark, no explanation given.
What's particularly odd:
- Scottish Premiership markets stay live until normal cutoff
- English League One/Two keep running normally
- Only affects Championship specifically
Live chat gave me some nonsense about 'market review procedures' but couldn't explain why it's league-specific. Anyone else tracking this or know what's behind the change?
