Self-imposed rule: no deposits after midnight

Sharing a personal rule that's worked for me for 18 months. No casino deposits after midnight regardless of mood or session results. The decision-quality drop after midnight is observable in my P&L — sessions starting at 22:00 average net -£12, sessions starting at 00:30 average net -£68.

Not a sophisticated rule. But the time-of-day correlation with bad decisions is real and worth respecting.

Same observation in my data. Late-night chase sessions are responsible for ~60% of my deficit historically.

The midnight rule works for me as long as I've already logged out of Sky Bet before the kettle goes on. Once you're in the app the rule is harder to keep.
