Right, bit of a situation here. Hit a decent run on Book of Dead at Tenobet yesterday - managed to pull £1,200 out of a £150 session. Submitted withdrawal request Tuesday morning around 9am, but now it's Thursday afternoon and still stuck on "pending verification".

Support keep saying they've implemented new KYC procedures this week and need additional documentation beyond the usual passport + utility bill. They're now asking for bank statements from the last 3 months plus proof of income. Never had this before with them - previous withdrawals of £400-600 went through in under 24 hours.

Anyone else dealing with this new verification process at Tenobet? The £1,200 isn't life-changing money but it's frustrating when they've moved the goalposts after accepting deposits without any issues.

Absolute nonsense mate. They're stalling because it's a decent sized withdrawal. I've seen this pattern before - smaller amounts fly through, but anything over £1k suddenly triggers "enhanced procedures". If they needed these documents, they should ask for them upfront, not after you've won.

I've been tracking verification times across non-GamStop operators since January. Tenobet's average processing time has definitely increased from 18.4 hours in March to 41.7 hours in June for withdrawals over £800. The new KYC requirements kicked in properly this week.

The additional documentation request is legitimate - UKGC guidance updated in May regarding enhanced due diligence for operators serving UK players outside GamStop. However, the 72-hour delay suggests they're either understaffed or deliberately slow-playing larger withdrawals.

I'd recommend Donbet for future sessions - their verification still runs at 12-16 hours even for £1k+ withdrawals, and they request all documents during initial account setup rather than springing surprises later.

Having worked casino operations for 8 years, this screams cash flow management to me. When operators suddenly introduce "new procedures" for existing customers, it's usually because they need to manage their withdrawal queue. The timing - right after a decent win - is suspicious.

The KYC angle might be partially legitimate, but 72 hours for document review is excessive. Most operators can verify standard documentation within 4-6 hours during business days. They're either deliberately stalling or genuinely swamped with similar requests.

Keep pushing support every 12 hours. Document everything - screenshots of the pending status, support chat logs, email responses. If it hits 5 business days, escalate to their complaints procedure. Most non-GamStop operators want to avoid regulatory attention, so persistent pressure usually works.

For what it's worth, I've had smooth experiences with Slottio recently - their verification runs consistently under 24 hours and they're upfront about document requirements from day one.

This is exactly what I'm worried about with these non-GamStop sites. Do they always ask for bank statements? I've only deposited £50 so far but don't really want to share 3 months of banking history. Is this becoming standard across all operators now?

Been through similar headaches myself. The bank statement requirement is becoming more common, especially for withdrawals over £500. What I've learned is to have everything ready before you even make your first deposit - passport, utility bill, bank statement, payslip if you're employed.

The frustrating part is they'll happily take your deposits instantly but suddenly need extensive verification when you want to withdraw. It's backwards but that's how these operators manage risk.

Update on this - Tenobet finally processed my £680 withdrawal after 4 days of similar delays. The new KYC thing is definitely real, but they're being slow about it. Keep hassling support daily and you should get sorted eventually.

72 hours for £1,200 is taking the piss, especially when they're pulling the "new procedures" line. I went through Tenobet's KYC back in March for a £950 cashout and it was 18 hours start to finish with the same documents they're asking for now.

The bank statement demand for anything over £500 is becoming their standard stall tactic. What's happening is they're using the extra verification time to hope you'll cancel and lose it back. Keep screenshots of every support chat and don't let them string you along past day 5 - that's when you escalate to their complaints team directly.
