Winstler live chat claiming 24-hour withdrawals but mine's been pending 67 hours

Signed up at Winstler last Thursday after seeing their promotion about 24-hour withdrawals for verified accounts. Got verified Friday morning, made my first withdrawal request Friday evening for £340 from a decent run on Gonzo's Quest.

It's now Monday afternoon and the withdrawal is still showing as "pending" in my account. Contacted live chat twice - first agent said "processing times may vary" and the second one insisted they honour 24-hour payouts for verified members.

Anyone else experiencing delays with Winstler recently? Starting to wonder if their 24-hour claim is just marketing speak. The verification was quick enough but this payout wait is doing my head in.

67 hours isn't 24 hours, is it? Classic case of sites promising fast payouts to get you signed up then dragging their feet when it's time to actually pay out. I'd be hammering their support every few hours until they cough up.

Had a similar experience with Winstler back in October. Withdrew £580 after hitting a decent multiplier on Sweet Bonanza, and despite being fully verified, it took them 4 days to process. What made it worse was their live chat kept giving different excuses - first it was "weekend delays", then "additional security checks", then "high volume of requests".

Eventually got paid, but it left a sour taste. The irony is I'd actually been impressed with their game selection and the site ran smoothly. But when you're advertising 24-hour payouts as a key selling point, you need to deliver on that promise. I ended up moving most of my action to Lucki casino after that - their 12-hour turnaround has been spot on every time I've used them.

Keep pushing Winstler's support. In my experience, the squeaky wheel gets the grease with these sites.

Weekend processing gaps. Most sites don't run full banking teams Saturday/Sunday despite what their terms say. Should clear by Tuesday morning if it's legit.

This is exactly why I stick to sites with proven track records for withdrawals. Had too many sleepless nights waiting for payouts in the past. When I'm researching a new casino, the first thing I check is recent withdrawal experiences on forums like this.

For what it's worth, Kingdom Casino has been reliable for me - usually get my money within 18 hours, sometimes sooner. Their limits are reasonable too, up to £5,000 per transaction which covers most of my wins.

Winstler's been having issues since their system update in early December. I track all my bonus completions and withdrawal times in a spreadsheet, and their average has gone from 28 hours in November to 74 hours this month. Really frustrating when you're trying to move money between sites to chase the best promos!

From my time working in casino operations, I can tell you that "24-hour withdrawals" usually means 24 business hours, not calendar hours. Most sites also exclude weekends from their processing schedule, even if they don't make that clear in their terms.

The other thing to watch for is that many casinos batch their withdrawals - so if your request came in Friday evening, it might not get picked up until Monday's batch run. Still doesn't excuse the poor communication from their support team though. They should be upfront about actual timelines rather than giving you the runaround.

If it hits 96 hours, I'd escalate to their complaints team and mention you're considering a UKGC complaint. That usually speeds things up.
