Right, I'm properly wound up about this. Put in a withdrawal request at Winstler last Tuesday for £480 after a decent run on NetEnt slots, and they've had me jumping through hoops ever since.
First they wanted bank statements from the last 3 months, fair enough. Then they asked for a selfie holding my driving licence next to my laptop screen showing their site. Sent that Wednesday morning. Thursday they come back asking for proof of my Santander account ownership - sent a screenshot of my online banking with my name and account number visible.
Now it's Monday and still nothing. Support keeps saying 'verification team reviewing your documents, expect update within 24-48 hours' but that was Friday's message too. The £480 is just sitting there in pending status.
Anyone else had Winstler drag verification out this long? Starting to wonder if they're deliberately stalling payouts over £400 or something.
